TR HYBRID TILE (solar thermal-photovoltaic tile)
Hybrid solar tile, produced with patent deposit 2008 and patent Europe and U.S:A:
Solar thermal-photovoltaic manifold which integrates in the more common civil shingles without need of special components, also in terms of dimension, but replacing directly the shingle itself. It simply replaces the common shingles occupying their place, maintaining unchanged the mechanical characteristics and increasing the coefficients of thermal insulation; It turns the shingle of the building into integrated hybrid solar manifold.

Every form occupies the space of about 4 tiles and exposes to the solar irradiation around 0,30 m3 of hybris or thermal or phofotovoltaic solar component.
The product resolves all the problems connected to the positioning on the roof of solar manifolds by means and great dimensions.
The form weighs few kgs and it integrates harmoniously in the remaining shingle. To be placed it just needs the same technique and necessary competence for the laying of the common tiles; it doesn't need special components and it connects to the next form without other elements.
The product has been conceived for the roofs of civil buildings and it is ideal for customers who are environmentally friendly and are willing to keep an aesthetic equilibrium compatible with energy saving. It is suitable especially for fixed areas and old towns.
From January 2012 the product will be available for the more common tiles present in the Italian market: marsigliesi, portoghesi, ardesia e plain tiles. From the second semester of 2012 the variety of tiles will broaden based also on the foreign markets.

In a total thickness of 28 mm there are inserted two absorbents made of copper with selective surface: a thermal insulating pad produced with dwarf technologies (thickness of 3 millimeters), a solar glass with high transmittance (thickness of 3,2 millimeters) and the thermal adsorber and/or cells photovoltaics.
Two manifolds of pressure-fusion in aluminum are positioned at the extremities and they carry the thermal vector fluid from one tile to the other.
The fluid enters the first tile placed below (close to the eaves) and it comes out from the last tile (towards the top of the roof). With forced re-circle it absorbs thermal and photo energy from the external environment and it releases it to the exchanger of the sanitary plant of the residence.
Special profiles in extruded aluminum with equal dimensions to those of the shingles in which the tile is inserted guarantee the continuity of the same coverage and the rain water's outflow, also compensate the standard length of the collector with the multiple of the dimension of the
